systems in the judiciary.
We have detected an unjust class system in the judicial system of four German federal states.
The class system is operating as follows:
There is a group of people in the society which cannot afford their own lawyer. Their financial situation can be long-termed or - for example - the result of
long lasting legal proceedings.
In order to get a legal representation, these people have to apply for a legal aid first. The court is the one who decides whether the legal representation will be
granted or not. We have clear evidence that judges intentionally and illegally hinder the warranty of legal aid in many cases. The obstruction of legal aid has
been using as a tool to silence people and to enable them to present their case to the court for many years. It is no surprise that the obstruction of legal aid
happens especially in cases of criminal charges against judges, prosecutors, and civil servants.
Unfortunately, the obstruction of legal aid isn’t the only abuse of power that we have detected. We have evidence that there is no legal equality in at least four
German federal states. Due to insider relationship within the German judicial system it is impossible to get a neutral prosecution. Not one of our documented
criminal charges against judges, prosecutors, and civil servants has ever been heard. Not one of the proven crimes has ever been prosecuted.
We strongly believe that this class system is not only unjust but also against the rule of law and all of the democratic principles. Against this background, we have
already tried all of the domestic legal ways to abolish the injustice and the class system in the judicial system.
Unfortunately, the insider network within the judicial system is wide spread and includes many high-level officials.
We have also reached out to the chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel. We have sent her many letters and addressed the topic of the class system and its thread
to the democracy.
We do believe that our letters have been purposefully intercepted and Ms. Merkel has never gotten any of them. The suspicion is reinforced by the fact that we
have never gotten any confirmation of receipt or any answer.
Furthermore, the letters to the German chancellor were not the only ones which have been intercepted and prevented to reach their recipient.
Since we couldn’t get any remedy from the German judicial system we have been forced to make a criminal complaint by the ICC in Den Haag.
Our complaint was sent from Germany per mail but has never arrived to the ICC. After a couple of months we got our complaint back with the note that
the recipient could not be reached because he moved out. This note is very suspicious. First of all, the possibility that ICC has changed its location can be excluded.
Secondly, according to the tracking number of our complaint, the letter has never left Germany. Thirdly, after sending our complaint from other European
country, it reached the ICC without any complications.
We have tried to inform German media about these political and judicial grievances for many times but with no result.
At the beginning of 2018, we have established an Initiative that advocates for the abolition of the class system in the German judicial system.
In the meantime there have been reported thousands of cases where judges and prosecutors abused their power and damaged especially social deprived
individuals for their own benefit.
If you want to support us in this fight for human rights we would be pleased.
